The verification wall

It is the single most common reason an overseas fan cannot register, and it needs to be worked out before the signup window opens rather than during it.
Signup windows are short
Most agencies open membership for a two to four week window once per season or once per year, and do not accept new members outside it. Missing the window means waiting months. Calendar the opening date the moment it is announced, because the welcome kit and pre-sale rights are tied to registering inside that window.
What the kit is actually worth
A welcome kit typically contains a membership card, a photocard set, a small stationery item and sometimes a lanyard, boxed at around 700 to 900 g. Resale value on unopened kits often exceeds the membership fee, which is why some fans join purely for the kit and never use the pre-sale rights.
