Korea-only shades and collections
3CE releases seasonal collections with 6-12 shades of which only a handful reach export markets, chosen for broad appeal. Deeper and more unusual shades stay domestic. Collaboration collections with Korean artists and brands are almost never exported and sell out within weeks. The brand also releases limited packaging variants for Korean holidays and anniversaries, which are functionally identical products in collectible boxes at a small premium.
Price gap in practice

Search the product name plus the Korean word for swatch. Korean reviewers also state their own skin tone in the standard 21 or 23 shorthand, which gives a usable reference point when reading swatch posts.
